Misr Italia to deliver 14 administrative buildings in Cairo Business Park in 2019

Egypt’s real estate developer Misr Italia Properties is planning to deliver 14 buildings in Cairo Business Park representing 35 percent of the project, Mohamed Hany Al Assal, Misr Italia’s chief executive, said.

The project includes establishing 24 buildings in the company’s new fully integrated business hub which is located in New Cairo, he added.

The  chief executive said that company’s also looking forward to pump 500 million Egyptian pounds  in the project during the current year, adding that it has completed 95 percent of the concrete works of the project .

Misr Italia Properties owns 6 million square meter land portfolio and manages a huge portfolio of unique projects including residential, coastal, commercial, and administrative. The projects are Kai Sokhna, Kai Sahel, La Nuova Vista, Cairo Business Park, IL Bosco and Vinci.
