MNHD Nominates Samih Sawiris for Board’s Membership

Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development declared in a statement the nomination of Samih Sawiris to to be the representative member of Moya Holding Company in the Board of Directors of MNHD succeeding Amr Abdel-Rahman Shata.

Worth mentioning that the company’s consolidated financial results for the first quarter revealed that a net profit of EGP 19.6 million has been achieved, with an increase of 252%, compared to the first quarter of 2011 which recorded a net profit of EGP 5.6 million.
