Morpho-Egypt to Run 4 E-Portals at Cairo Airport with US$2m by July

Morpho S.A. a French multinational company of Safran is planning to complete the installation and operation of four electronic portals at Cairo airport to facilitate the entry and exit with total cost worth US$2 million.

The general manager of Morpho Egypt, Walid Fouad said his company contracted with Cairo airport since 2006 to provide them with those portals, pointing out that the authorities disrupted installations and operations.

Fouad asserted that e-portals will allow for the passengers to register the entry and exit without passing  through Passport offices, noting that this service will helps the passengers to finalize all the measures in short time.

Meanwhile, 65000 employees are working in Safran group across republic and its revenues reached approximately €16 billion, Morpho Egypt Company is a subsidiary of French group Safran.
