Moscow opens Wednesday trade with MOEX up, RTS down
Russia’s MOEX index rose by 0.15 per cent to 3,307.76 points at the opening of Wednesday’s trading session, while the RTS index decreased by 0.34 per cent to 1,170.81 points.
However, by 10:24 Moscow time, the MOEX index started to decline, reaching 3,291.03 points (-0.36 per cent), and the RTS index amounted to 1,165.82 points (-0.76 per cent).
Meanwhile, the dollar saw a 0.39 per cent increase to 88.92 rubles, the euro stood at 96.56 rubles (+0.13 per cent), and the yuan increased by 0.3 per cent to 12.22 rubles.
