MSMEDA branches open on Sunday to ease access to services

Egypt’s Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) announced that all its branches across the country will operate on Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Friday and Saturday, to facilitate citizen access to services.

The move aims to ease access for entrepreneurs and citizens to financial and non-financial services, including applying for financing, making instalment payments, and participating in specialised entrepreneurship training programmes.

MSMEDA continues to provide one-stop services, helping with project licensing and connecting entrepreneurs with government incentives to support business growth and competitiveness.

Customer service is available daily from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM through the hotline for inquiries and information on services and branch locations.
