The world’s largest floating library, MV Logos Hope has announced that it will visit Egypt in the 4th of January 2023, in conjunction with the Cairo International Book Fair, according to the ship’s administration.
MV Logos Hope is scheduled to stop at Port Said until January 23, as the children can enter the ship for free, while people aged 13-65 willy pay one euro.
Logos Hope includes an expanded collection of books, as it currently includes more than 10,000 titles, according to its official website.
The ship affords the books at a reasonable price and includes a wide range of subjects: science, sports, hobbies, cookery, arts, medicine, lexicons, languages, philosophy.
MV Logos Hope begun sailing in 1970 and it is a fleet of GBA charitable organisation that registered in Germany, which hosted more than 45 million tourists aboard ships in 150 countries around the world.
The visit is considered as a revival of the Egyptian cultural and literary life, after Lagos Hope last visited Egypt in 2010.
