National Bank of Egypt mulls arranging syndicated loans worth EGP 270 billion
The National Bank of Egypt (NBE), the country’s largest public lender, is studying arranging a number of syndicated loans worth up to 270 billion Egyptian pounds ($17.2 billion), a senior official said on Wednesday.
“The bank has managed to arrange 27 financing deals totalling more than 134 billion pounds in the first half of 2021,” Yehia Aboul Fotouh, deputy chairman of NBE, told Amwal Al Ghad.
