NBE Applies I-Flex New System, Starting with Credit Facilities Sector

The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) started to apply I-Flex, a new system which produces by Oracle Financial Services Software Limited which is a world leader in providing IT solutions to the financial services industry.

Mr. Mohamed Ihab, Head of Banking Operations at NBE, said the bank has started in this month to apply the latest versions of I-Flex for the banking solutions.

Ihab explained that the new system is one of the latest accounting systems which work by banks across the worldwide in the current period, explaining that the new system will enable the bank to mechanizing all the internal transactions and to facilitate the operations.

He pointed put that the bank will apply the system in all its sectors by 2014, aiming to train all the customers of the bank on the new system.

I-Flex new system will allow to resolve the technological solutions of the banks by building competitive relationship will the other financial institutions and to facilitate the banking operations whether between the bank or the various institutions, in addition unifying the operations through different countries.
