The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) is currently testing the graduates of the Faculty of Commerce and the related faculties in order to appoint one thousand youths in its 258 branches.
As NBE seeks expanding in financing small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the bank needs more employees in SME departments, sources said. The bank’s SME finance portfolio registered EGP 8.6 billion at the end of FY 2011/2012 after offering about EGP 3.2 billion to 8,700 SMEs. The bank’s SME customers reached 33,000.
The bank requires about 1,000 employees in different branches in the upcoming period. The job applicants shall be graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and related faculties from 2008 to 2011 with a grade of “Good”.
