New Minya Apparatus to Establish Utilities for Bayt Watan Project

New Minya Apparatus stated that providing utilities for 122 plots at “Bayt Al Watan” project will be assigned to contracting companies of the first category. The apparatus added that the establishment of the utilities will begin by next November at maximum.

Eng. Mohamed Ashour, chairman of the Apparatus, pointed out that the Apparatus will take over 742 plots, which are divided into three sites. The apparatus has held tenders for the first and second sites, in addition to starting negotiations with the New Urban Communities Authority concerning the design of the third site which includes 630 plots, stressing that the city is committed to deliver the plots according to the schedule set by the Ministry of Housing, which specified that the deadline will be next September.

He confirmed the continuation of the work on the road linking between Minya Governorate and New Minya city, highlighting that  the total cost of the project amounts to about EGP 50 million.
