Nile Consumer Complexes eyes $7.6m sales in Egypt in November

Egypt-based Nile Company for Consumer Complexes targets attaining sales volume estimated at 100 million Egyptian pounds (around US$7.6 million) during November.

Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, Chairman Adel El Khatib stated that the company plans to raise sales volume by 50 percent among its development scheme for financial year 2016-17.

Nile Company started executing its investment plan for the current fiscal year that targets injecting 50 million pounds, the head noted.

He clarified that the plan also includes upgrading affiliate factories and packing centres during the second half of financial year 2016-17.

About state’s sugar crisis, El Khatib announced that it has been solved since Nile Consumer Complexes pumps around 100,000-120,000 tonnes daily to be sold at price of 7 pounds per kilo.
