“No drop in Egypt’s real estate market:” Talaat Moustafa CEO
The Egyptian real estate market is not currently witnessing a decline during the current time, CEO and managing director of Egypt’s Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG) Hisham Talat Moustafa said on Wednesday.
The real estate developer has earlier launched a number of real estate services that boosted its sales, the Moustafa added, on the sidelines of signing a partnership deal to establish a new real estate financing services firm.
TMG has created a batch of property services that suit different levels of the customers’ incomes in order to endorse the sales, he said
The real estate market in Egypt has been witnessing the establishment of industrial units in new cities across the country that would create approximately 200,000 job opportunities in the short- and medium- term.
