OCI N.V. Launches Second Tender Offer Extension for Local Shares in OCI S.A.E

OCI N.V. announced today the launch of the second period during which all eligible shareholders of Orascom Construction Industries S.A.E. may accept an exchange offer to exchange their shares into OCI N.V. shares or a cash alternative of EGP 255 per share.

The first extension period was held on 29 September 2013 to 3 October 2013 and the second extension period will take place between 19 January 2014 and 23 January 2014.
