OCI N.V. Plans To Extend Share Swap Bid for OCI S.A.E.’s GDRs, ADRs

Dutch OCI N.V. announced that it intends to re-open the share swap offer to holders of GDRs and American Depository Receipts (ADRs) of Orascom Construction Industries S.A.E. (OCI S.A.E.), upon obtaining all government approvals in this regard.

This is aimed to allow the remaining holders of OCI’s GDRs and ADRs to swap them with common shares in OCI.

The company is scheduled to finalize OCI’s GDRs program as per applicable rules.
