Oil futures turned lower Thursday, after wavering between losses and gains, as traders mulled reports that the United Kingdom and the United States were discussing an agreement to release strategic oil reserves, according to Phil Flynn, an energy analyst at PFGBest.
April crude CLJ2 -1.06% traded at $104.16 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, down $1.27, or 1.2%, after tapping a low of $103.78, reported by Market Watch.
