The U.S. television personality, Oprah Winfrey has arrived to Jordan with her friend Gayle King, visiting historical sites like Petra, the Dead Sea, and other sites, Oprah Daily Insiders published on Sunday.
Oprah said on her account on Facebook, “It takes 3 days to really see it all we only spent 3 hours.” She also invited her followers to put this location on their bucket list.
“Visited Jordan this week so much to see and experience!” she said, adding that the place has so much history.
“So much history there in the ‘Rose City,’ voted one of the 7 new wonders of the world,” Oprah said.
Gayle also posted a picture of herself in the Jordanian Streets while reading a book.
Several people from Jordan interacted with the post by thanking them for sharing the spirit and energy of their country.
Oprah and Gayle have been friends for 46 years, having met at Baltimore’s WJZ radio station in the 1970s. Despite their incredible careers, the best friends are still as close as they were in their early 20s as seen on their recent trip to Jordan.
