Orascom Construction Incurs EGP6.2 Loss in 2012 Rattled by EGP7 bln Tax Row

Orascom Construction Industries S.A.E. (OCI S.A.E.) (OCIC.CA) reported consolidated financial results posting a net loss of EGP 6205.2 (value in million) for the period from 01/01/2012 till 31/12/2012.

Noting that, it posted net profits of EGP 4480.4 (value in million) for the comparable period.

It is worth noting that, the reported loss is attributed to settling EGP 7 billion tax dispute.
