Oscar Misr markets 30% of Oscar Planet’s units in New Cairo
Egypt’s real estate investment firm Oscar Misr Developments has promoted 30 percent of the units of its mini compound flagship Oscar Planet in New Cairo, said chairman Mohamed Behery on Sunday.
The company expects to sell the project’s units this year, Behery further stated, adding that Oscar Planet is set to be carried out over 1,550 square metres within a timeframe of one year and a half.
“Oscar Planet will include around 40 units, with spaces ranging between 112 square metres and 368 square metres,” the Egyptian official further referred.
Moreover, Behery said his company has started handing over its first standalone buildings over 864 square metres in El Shorouk City, northeast of Cairo.
“The buildings encompass 16 units, with spaces ranging between 128 square metres and 270 square metres and investments of 15 million Egyptian pounds ($836,815),” Behery elaborated.
Oscar Misr also seeks to deliver another flagship spanning over 1,024 square metres in El Shorouk City, he stated, clarifying that it is to comprise 16 housing units, with space varying between 195 and 361 square metres.
“We have marketed 70 percent of the housing units, with investments estimated at 17 million pounds,” he concluded.
