Amid last week trading, Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) topped the ten most active firms listed in the Egyptian Exchange, with volume of trades hit 166 million securities.

OTMT’s turnovers reached EGP 197 million through the week.

Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) has came second as its volume of trades amounted to 146 million securities worth EGP 180 million.

Egyptian Resorts – ERC (EGTS.CA) has shown to be third this week reporting a volume of trades of 77 million securities worth EGP 111 million.

Fourthly, Palm Hills Developments (PHDC.CA) has had a volume of trades hit 75 million securities worth EGP 239 million.

Fifthly, Electro Cable Egypt (ELEC) has had a volume of trades reached 72 million securities worth 87 million.

Sixthly, Upper Egypt Contracting (UEGC.CA) has recorded a volume of trades reached 55 million securities worth EGP 123 million.

Arab Cotton Ginning (ACGC.CA) has come seventh having a volume of trades reached 45 million securities worth EGP 220 million.

Arab Investment and Development (formerly AIC Contracting) (AIND.CA) has been ranked eighth as its volume of trades amounted to 44 million securities worth EGP 76 million.

El Nasr Clothing & Textile (KABO.CA) has been ninth reporting a volume of trades reached 40.5 million securities worth EGP 45 million.

At the bottom of the list, Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA) has come tenth recording a volume of trades reached 35 million securities worth EGP 149 million.
