Poland’s President Andrzej Duda will start an official visit to Egypt by the end of 2017 at the invitation of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, Egyptian Trade Minister Tarek Qabil announced Tuesday.
President Duda will be accompanied by executives of more than 150 Polish major firms that are interested in pumping investments into the Egyptian market, Qabil said.
The Egyptian minister made his remarks following his meeting with a delegation from Poland’s economic zone of Pomerani, which is currently visiting the country to discuss establishing the Polish Industrial Zone in Suez Canal Corridor project.
The anticipated industrial zone will be a turning point to witness more Polish investments in Egypt, Qabil said.
