Political Violence Insurance Policy To Be Launched Soon

The Miscellaneous Insurance Committee of the Insurance Federation of Egypt finalized the political violence insurance policy sample. The sample includes the political violence insurance covers, definitions, exceptions and conditions, said Ali Bashendy, deputy head of the Committee.

During reviewing the half-annual report 2012, the Committee suggested the final form of the civil liability insurance policy which will be offered to educational institutions.

The Committee targets to develop the personal accident insurance policy by adding a section about the geographical area and the definitions of covered risks such as permanent total disability and permanent partial disability.

The Committee studied a number of issues in the first half of 2012 such as the publication about the regularities of money transport amid security lax, the insurance policy which covers the risks of journalism  and the insurance policy which ensures the payment of customs and taxes.
