“Al Fareen” Suit Referred To Cairo Economic Court

Egypt’s Administrative Judiciary Court, headed by Judge Hasouna Tawfiq, Vice Chairman of State Council, has adjudicated on the lawsuit filed by Tawfiq Okasha, challenging on the continuity of stopping the transmission of “Al Fareen” channel. The court referred the lawsuit to Cairo Economic Court to consider it.

The court elucidated the reasons of its verdict, as the decision of closing the channel ended last August 23rd, so there isn’t a decision by which the court can returns a verdict. Therefore the court rejected the lawsuit of Tawfiq Okasha.
