Qatar, Egyptian Company Sign Protocol For Re-Building Gaza

Qatar’s commission for Gaza reconstruction has signed with Egyptian Arab Contractors Company a cooperation protocol for rebuilding Gaza, in implementation of a Qatari USD 400 million.

Dr. Tareq Wafic, Egypt’s Minister of Housing, said in a statement the protocol was signed in response to a request by Doha to make use of available Egyptian potentials and expertise for execution of the project of re-building Gaza.

The Egyptian side will be in charge of tendering, contracting and importing needed materials and equipment from the local market.
