The Qatar Exchange was pursued its upswing trend Wednesday adding 3.82 points or 0.04% to 8,717.09 points from the previous closing of 8,760.05.
The volume of shares traded was down to 13,788,276 from 14,870,095 Tuesday and the value of shares decreased to QR 339,342,458.37 (approximately $ 93.028.258.60) from QR 379,952,414.02 (around $ 104.161.182) on Tuesday.
According to QNA, top gainers were Mazaya which was up 1.74% to QR 10.52 ($2.88), United Dev. Company lost 0.50% to QR 19.80 ($5.43), Vodafone Qatar down 0.58% to QR 8.60 ($2.36) and Rayan added by 0.56% to QR 26.85 ($7.36). Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector lost 5.28 points while the Qatar industrial sector gain 21.36 points and the Services sector down 17.76 pints.
