Qatar’s real estate market continued to show steady activity, with a total of 111,956,851 Qatari riyal in sales contracts registered between July 28 and August 1, according to the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice.
Residential units accounted for 19,102,371 riyals of the total sales, with transactions concentrated in major municipalities such as Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Dakhira.
The department’s weekly bulletin reported a variety of real estate properties sold, including vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, a residential-commercial building, shops, and residential units.
This level of activity builds upon the previous week’s performance, where sales contracts exceeded 247 million riyals.
