Egypt-based La Mirada Real Estate will complete delivering its La Mirada project by the end of the current year with total investments worth 750 million Egyptian pounds, its General Manager Shereef Ragheb said Sunday.
The project consists of 24 modernly designed buildings including approximately 608 midsized units with varying areas matching variable needs on an area of 22 feddans, located in fifth settlement.
He said that the company has already delivered 100 units at the end of 2015, noting that La Mirada represents the first project of the company’s business in New Cairo.
La Mirada is developed by Grand Plaza Company; Shareholding Company established by a group of real estate developers with the purpose to own, develop and manage real estate projects.
