Egypt’s real estate demand rises 8% in April – Aqarmap.com

The real estate demand in Egypt increased eight percent in April , according to a monthly report released by Aqarmap.com – a real estate statistical website – on Sunday.

This came after the unprecedented drop in the real estate demand last March in coincidence with the coronavirus crisis, the report added.

The index recorded 1,936 points in April, the report showed, adding that it the demand is expected to decline this month.
