Egypt’s Real Mark targets contractual sales of 500 million Egyptian pounds ($28 million) from marketing two real estate projects at the end of this year, said its chairman Naglaa El Saeed said on Saturday.
The real estate marketing firm has been earlier mandated to promote the two projects in the country’s New Administrative Capital, 45km (28 miles) east of Cairo, and Cairo-Ismailia desert highway road, El Saeed told Amwal Al Ghad.
“The new capital’s project is being developed a space of more than 30 feddans within a four-year timeframe,” she said, adding that it will include around 1,500 housing units.
As for Cairo-Ismailia desert road’s project, the official said that it is being carried out on space of 10 feddans for medium income segment in partnership with four state-owned firms.
“We will deliver this project from three years to four years,” El Saeed added.
