Egypt-based Reiada Real Estate Company is seeking to create a presence in some Arab Gulf markets within the current year, its general manager Ahmed Gamal said Thursday.
The Egyptian property is studying the launch of its first branch in Saudi Arabia, he added.
Gamal said Reiada has set a real estate investment plan for the Arab world, aiming to exchange experience in construction and building sector.
Reiada owns multiple key projects in the Fifth Settlement district, southeast Cairo, including residential properties designated for upper-middle class, located in several neighborhoods there such as Diplomats and Lotus.
