Rofaida Real Estate launches Row Marina North Coast – Phase I

Egypt’s property investment major Rofaida Real Estate says it has launched the first phase of Row Marina Resort project in North Coast.

The 20,000-square metre project includes 588 units, at spaces ranging between 50 square metres and 80 square metres.

Row Marina includes commercial and services centres as well as some cafés, tourism restaurants, and swimming pools. The resort is being developed in two phases.

Ramy Abdel Aziz, Rofaida’s Vice Chairman, said Wednesday that his company plans to deliver the first phase within two years.

Abdel Aziz further added that Rofida has assigned the works to a number of the country’s giant construction firms, which have a long experience in such projects.
