Rolin to execute 3 infrastructure projects in Upper Egypt
Egypt’s state-owned construction firm Rolin has won a mandate to execute three infrastructure flagships in Upper Egyptian governorate of Qena, its managing director said on Thursday.
With investments exceeding 120 million Egyptian pounds ($7.4 million), the works will include a number of drinking water stations and sanitation lines, Fathy Sayed added.
“We plan to complete delivering the three projects within a timeframe of one-year maximum,” Sayed said.
Redcon is currently implementing other infrastructure projects in some Upper Egyptian governorate, with investments approaching 800 million pounds, he said.
These projects, which are financed by the World Bank, will be finalised within a 18-month timeframe, Sayed added.
