Russia is ready to supply fertilisers to developing countries for free – Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that he told United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres that Russia is ready to supply fertiliser to developing countries free of charge.

Putin has informed Guterres on Thursday that 300,000 tons of Russian fertilisers have been accumulated in EU ports, he added that his country is ready to transport them to the developing countries for free.

These announcements came during the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Uzbekistan.

Russian President would like to ask the Russian Foreign Ministry to support the delivery of Belarusian fertilisers as well.
