Russian stocks decline on Tuesday

The Russian stock market started with slight declines on Tuesday. The MOEX Russia Index slipped 0.02 per cent to reach 3,097.58 points.

Similarly, the RTS index also decreased by 0.02 per cent to settle at 1,109.35 points.

Meanwhile, the yuan strengthened by 2.5 kopecks, trading at 11.705 roubles.
