Saudi Arabia’s annual inflation rate reached 1.5 per cent in June 2024. This increase is largely due to an 8.4 per cent rise in housing prices, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels.
Additionally, the prices of food and beverages saw a modest increase of 1.1 per cent. In contrast, transport costs fell by 2.7 per cent, providing some relief in the overall inflation landscape.
