Sabbour wins mandate for 10 residential projects’ designs in Egypt new capital

Egypt’s Sabbour Consulting says that it has won a mandate to carry out the engineering designs of ten major residential projects in the first phase of the country’s new administrative capital within this year.

Sabbour Consulting will execute the projects’ designs in favour of a number of private-sector real estate investment companies that own more projects in the new capital, its chairman Hussein Sabbour told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.

“We have not complete implementing the projects’ designs till now,” Sabbour said.

Sabbour Consulting was in talks with a bunch of real estate firms to execute the engineering design and supervise around 15 residential compounds at the beginning of this year in the new capital, he said.
