SAK to launch 4,800m2 commercial mall in Egypt new capital next month
Egypt’s newly-founded SAK Developments says it plans to launch a commercial mall in its flagship Sueño Compound at the seventh residential district in the country’s new capital within the next month.
It is a commercial, administrative, and hotel mall that will span over 4,800 square metres, the company’s sales manager Ahmed Ezzat told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.
The real estate developer had earlier marketed the third phase, which includes around 100 units of its fully-fledged residential project Sueño Compound in the new capital, Ezzat added.
The third phase is expected to be promoted within the fourth quarter of this year, with target sales of 200 million Egyptian pounds ($12 million), he said.
“We seek to start delivering the project (Sueño Compound) at the end of 2021,” Ezzat said. The project is set to encompass 369 housing units besides a commercial part.
