Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC) is set to cooperate with a Saudi firm for recruiting Egyptian labour abroad to boost efficiency of the Egyptian worker.
Federation Chairman Ahmed El-Wakeel stated Tuesday that this cooperation comes in the framework of enhancing non-commodity exports notably properties and labour.
He made these remarks during a press conference held in the FEDCOC on Tuesday to showcase its view about current economic situations in Egypt.
Through this cooperation, the Saudi side would provide training programmes to improve skills and efficiency of Egyptian labour abroad besides granting them accredited international certificates required for foreign labour market, the chairman added.
He clarified that the Saudi firm has been launched during the visit of Saudi King Salman to Egypt, adding that the structure if the company would be announced within the coming period.
The newly-launched firm is set to determine actual needs of organisations and companies in states of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in order to export qualified labour with suitable wages.
