Saudi funds in talks to invest $1.5bn in Egyptian developmental projects

Egypt is negotiating with Saudi mutual funds so as to pump $1.5 billion into some developmental projects in the country, said Egyptian investment minister Ashraf Salman.

During a press conference on Sunday, Salman further announced that Saudi Arabia approved to provide Egypt with petroleum needs for the next five years.
