Property developer Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) says it is planning to achieve contractual sales worth 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($82.7 million) from its projects within 2017.
Darwish Hassanein, SECON’s chief executive, told Amwal Al Ghad Wednesday that his company has so far achieved contractual sales worth around one billion pounds from projects that aimed to boost its capital.
About SECON’s more flagships, Hassanein further added that the company has signed construction contracts estimated at 500 million pounds for increasing its capital.
“We have concluded 20 percent of Riyadh SECON project’s first phase in New Cairo,” the Egyptian official noted.
In addition, Hassanein stated that SECON has finished 15 percent of the first phase of Dora New Assiut and Secon Resort projects in New Damietta.
