SECON to execute Blue Vert in Egypt new capital in Q4
Property developer Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) says it is planning to start executing its flagship Blue Vert in Egypt’s new administrative capital within the final quarter of this year.
SECON has recently obtained the ministerial approval on the project, which is with investments of six billion Egyptian pounds ($335 million), its chief executive Darwish Hassanein said on Monday.
“The fully-fledged residential project is spanning over 70 feddans,” Hassanein further told Amwal Al Ghad.
Blue Vert will include 60 residential buildings and a number of apartments and villas, with spaces ranging between 70 and 250 square metres as well as commercial and entertainment services.
