The finances of Egypt’s Social Development Fund (SFD) for micro enterprises recorded 1.2 billion Egyptian pounds (US$153.3 million) at the end of November 2015, official from fund said Saturday.
Head of SFD for Microenterprises Sector Nevine Badreldin stated that this volume has exceeded what the fund was targeting as it aimed at achieving 1.1 billion Egyptian pounds at the end of 2015.
In 2014, the funds of SFD for micro enterprises reached 900 million pounds , the official added.
At the end of November 2015, the funds of SFD for all sectors recorded around 4.4 billion pounds , SFD’s Secretary General Soha Soliman previously told Amwal Al Ghad.
