Singapore’s total official foreign reserves reached $389.8122 billion at the end of September 2024, a 15.5 per cent increase from the same period in 2023, according to a preliminary data published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore on Monday.
The reserves consist primarily of gold and foreign exchange, valued at $489.7449 billion, followed Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) at $8.2689 billion, and the country’s IMF position at $1.7099 billion.
