Sisi directs Egypt’s c.bank to reduce interest rate on youth loans
Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi wants the interest rate on loans to young people to be reduced to 5 percent, Central Bank of Egypt governor Tarek Amer said on Sunday.
Amer was speaking during the launch of the CBE national initiative to support entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises under the name of ‘Nilepreneurs.’
The CBE is determined to continue economic reforms in cooperation with the government to contribute to development, he said.
