Sisi discusses bilateral relations with president of Tunisia
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi received a phone call from President of Tunisia, Kais Saied on Tuesday to discuss bilateral relations.
The Presidents stressed on their commitment towards working jointly to further enhance relations.
The leaders also discussed the current situation in the Palestinian Territories, while Sisi reviewed Egypt’s endeavors to make use of the truce in Gaza to reach a permanent ceasefire.
Sisi also highlighted Egypt’s efforts to deliver humanitarian aid into the besieged strip, which was appreciated by the Tunisian President.
Moreover, they agreed on the crucial need to seeking a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause.
