Sisi meets Serbia’s Deputy PM and Minister of Defense
President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi met Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Republic of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, on Tuesday.
The Egyptian Minister of Defense and Military Production, General Mohamed Zaki, was also present in the meeting.
Counselor Ahmad Fahmy, the spokesman for the Presidency, said the al-Sisi delivered his greetings and appreciation for the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
The President also highlighted that Egypt values the firm historical bonds shared by both countries, and is committed to further advancing bilateral cooperation in all sectors, including defense.
al-Sisi also talked about Egypt will to invigorate the two countries’ partnership.
The Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense expressed the Serbian President’s greetings and appreciation to President al-Sisi.
They also talked about the prosperous Egyptian-Serbian relations, referring to the President’s visit to Serbia in July 2022.
