Sisi says Egypt develops road network at EGP 600bn cost
Egypt has developed a road network at a cost of 600 billion Egyptian pounds, the President Abdel El-Sisi revealed.
#Egypt plans to invest 300 billion pounds in construction sector during fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, according to Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
Several sectors such as agriculture have also witnessed developments in the last period, El-Sisi added.
This came during the inauguration of several major projects by El-Sisi via video-conference, including the Capital International Airport, Sphinx International Airport, East Cairo’s roads, and the renovated Baron Empain Palace.
Egypt to launch online portal for citizens to digitally access services, including traffic and investment Madbouly said.
The service will start in August, with up to 155 electronic services available by the end of 2020 to facilitate procedures.
