Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi met on Wednesday with the country’s prominent tycoons, seeking their cooperation to combat the country’s unemployment crisis.
In this respect, Egyptian tycoon and founder of leading carpet makers Oriental Weavers Company Mohamed Farid Khamis stated that Sisi called the businessmen to pump new investments in the country to boost the national economy.
Khamis added that the Egyptian president did not ask them providing new donations in favour of Long Live Egypt’s Fund in the meeting of Wednesday.
The president instead demanded the delegation to give more concrete contributions to the national economy by pumping more investments and establishing huge projects to provide job opportunities and solve unemployment crisis, Khamis spoke to Amwal Al Ghad.
