Sodic sells all first batch of Vye villas within 48 hours of going on sale
Sodic sold all its first batch of its solar-powered villas in Vye compound within 48 hours of going on sale, in what was the developer’s first launch since the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic.
The sales brought in 250 million Egyptian pounds with in two day, the company added.
The real estate developer hopes to sell 43 billion pounds worth of units in Vye, having already recorded 1 billion pounds in sales in just two days in December.
The Vye project is the first of three compounds to be included in a 500-feddan development in New Zayed City.
Vye is the second of four new projects in Zayed this year after the company launched The Estates in September.
