SODIC’s 9-Month Profits Hit EGP 148 Mln

Six of October Development & Investment Company – SODIC – (OCDI.CA) reported on Wednesday nine-month profits of EGP 148.26 million, reversing a net loss of EGP 105.09 million for the same period a year earlier.

Operating revenues for the nine months stood at EGP 850.6 by the end of last September, compared to EGP 339. Million a year earlier. Work in progress for the nine months reached EGP 1.4 billion, compared to EGP 1.6 billion for the same period a year earlier.

Implemented work for the nine months hit EGP 1.4 billion, SODC has delivered 251 units totaled at EGP 806 million. The equity holders of the Company for the nine months stood at EGP 2.47 billion, compared to EGP 2.3 billion  for the same period a year earlier.
