Sorouh eyes $167.3 mln contractual sales from Egypt new capital’s Entrada
Sorouh Developments says it targets contractual sales of three billion Egyptian pounds ($167.3 million) from its flagship Entrada Compound in Egypt’s new capital at the end of this year.
Sorouh is a shareholding company comprising a number of Egyptian and Arab investors, who implemented more than 250 real estate projects in Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
“The fully-fledged residential project is being implemented on a space of 71 feddans within four-year timeframe,” Sorouh’s board member Walaa Alami told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday. Entrada means entrance in English
Entrada will include a number of apartments and duplexes as well as around 3,000 housing units, with spaces ranging between 115 square metres and 250 square metres, added Alami.
